zotero-scholar-citations-1.9.1-fx failure

my zotero version is zotero standalone 4.0 for windows 7 64 bit (most recent version). But I found that plugin "google_scholar_citations_for_zotero-1.9.1-fx" cannot update citation nubmers correctly. All of my citation numbers displayed in the "Extra" column is "00000".
How to fix the problem? Thanks very much.
