Storage subscription - invoice

I have problem with storage subscription. In my institutiton is problem with credit card international payments. So I sended mail on storage@zotero.org with question to possibility of proforma invoice and next payment. I sended it twice (first on 19 May and next on 4 Juny) but I have no reaction. Does anyone have experience with invoicing storage space Zotero?

For a purchase made via the normal checkout process from your storage settings, you can always access a receipt for the most recent transaction linked from your storage settings.

I think the question is about an invoice, i.e. pre-payment, though?
