Snapshot syncing

Hi! Some of our students get this warning when trying to open snapshot offline: "Attached file could not be found. It may have been moved or deleted."

From the forum I understand that this has to do with the syncing, so is it possible to fix? Do I understand it correctly if I assume that you can sync snapshots if
"sync attatchment files in my library using Zotero" is activated?

  • Yes you can sync snapshots, yes it has to do with syncing.
