Hello,

Here is the ID of my report problème : 1114327749

I tried as much as I could to follow the instruction given in this page : https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting

I followed all the first steps (restarintng several times, opening in a new file, copiying the file etc.) but I failed localizing the scripts on the Library fold as explained. By the way, I tried via firefox and I have problem too. I'm on a french version of Word 2008.

could you explain what exactly your problem is? I understand it has to do with the Word add-on. Are you saying you can't see the Zotero items in the apple script menu? You're getting an error during install?
The error report only gives us technical information--we still need you to tell us what's going on.
