Document type: Presentation

The template for the document type "presentation" includes a field for "presenter", but not for "author". It seems to me that both presenter and author fields should be available.

    Why, because Presenter may be someone else than Author? I think about it as the creator of the work. A speech read on behalf of A should still be attributed to A. So the name 'Presenter' may be confusing here, but I don't think it makes sense to add an additional field for 'Author'.
    There is an additional 'Contributor' field available though (click on Presenter).
