Upgrade StorageCSL for Cell Cycle and Casopis lekaru ceskych
I made two new styles, one is for Cell Cycle journal (Landes Biosciences) and the other one for czech-only Časopis lékařů českých.
Since I'm pretty new to this, I'm only hosting them on my site for now.
The formating is only valid for journal entries, not for books or internet sources, since I don't have a proper definitions for them and don't have any citations of that type available. But the style is based on NLM, so the formating would look like that. There is also an issue with the dots after abbreviated journal titles in the second style, as posted in other discussion.
