Translator as Creator

If a translator is the only responsible party involved in a given resource, would it be possible to have the "My Library" pane pull in that translator into the creator column, much as it already does for an editor(s) if the resource has no author(s)?

yeah, I don't think that's controversial, thanks for pointing it out. Might still take some time, I've created a ticket to track this:
