Username/Password Error only in standalone version not online

I keep trying to log on in the preferences of the stand-alone version and it keeps saying I have the wrong username or password but they work online. I do not know what is wrong.

dstillmanClear both the username and password fields, restart Zotero, reenter them, and try again. If it still doesn't work, reset your password on zotero.org.
