Transfer notification not being received

I have submitted a transfer request to a member of our group. She is happy to accept ownership, but isn't receiving the notification so she can accept the transfer. She also isn't able to accept the transfer from the Group page. How can we complete the transfer?

Are you sure she's logged in on the account you're transferring to? She should get a message in her zotero.org inbox, as well as be able to accept it from the group page.

She says she isn't receiving any notification, and she is not able to accept it from the group page. I have also cancelled the transfer, waited a day, and then re-submitted it. Still no difference.

Any additional suggestions?
