Global Responsibility to Protect style (GR2P)
There is a citation style that is very similar to GR2P: the Manchester University Press Monographs style. I have changed the style a bit so it is almost ok except for the Ibid problem. I do not know how to change the csl so that it could insert ibid to refer to the immediately preceding reference (if it is the same, of course :-). For subsequent mentions it uses the surname and a short form of the title, which is fine.
Chicago Manual of Style Full notes uses Ibid to refer to the immediately preceding reference and uses the surname and a short form of the title for subsequent mentions. I have tried to copy the code referring to Ibid from the Chicago Manual of Style Full Note csl file and insert it to the CSL modified by me, but it does not work. Could you help me a bit? thanks a lot, ivett
