Upgrade StorageStyle request: IAEA Style guide
Looking for help in creating a style matching the International Atomic Energy Agency style guide, specifically Ch11 section VIII of http://www-pub.iaea.org/mtcd/publications/pdf/iaea_stylemanual_06.pdf (i.e.pp 54-59).

19. Item order in a ref. is shown by #'s in parentheses & examples.
A. Books & reports
(1) Name(s) of author(s) or editor(s): surname first, fully capitalized, followed by a comma; then initial(s), followed by a comma(if first (or given) name is required in full, only 1st letter is capitalized); ‘Jr.’ or ‘III’ last, followed by a comma. Editors’ names given instead of authors are followed by (Ed.) or (Eds). For reports, if no author is named then corporate author (if any) should be given, spelled out in full, in capitals.
(2) Title of book or report, with initial capitals, followed by edition number if necessary (e.g. ‘2nd edn’). If work cited is proceedings of a meeting, ‘Proc. Conf.’, ‘Proc. Symp.’, etc., followed by name of town, a comma and year of meeting, should be added in parentheses (see Ref. [16]).
(3) Volume # in Arabic numerals (even when volume # in work is in Roman numerals), written as, for example, ‘Vol. 1’, and not as for journals (see Section C below). If entire multivolume work is cited, the total # of volumes should be stated (e.g. ‘3 vols’, see Ref. [16]).
(4) Report #, if any.
(5) (a) Publisher Name, without Ltd, Inc., & Co., etc.; or
(b) Name of originating institution ([17]) unless:
(i) It is same as corporate author, an abbreviated form may be given ([18]).
(ii) It is known widely by its abbrev.([16, 21]).
(6) (a) Place published (max. 2 places); or
(b) For reports, place of origin if not part of name of originating institution (compare [24] and [17]).
(7) Yr of publication, in parentheses.
(8) # of pages (see [13]).
(9) All refs end with a full stop.
