Refman 10 import troubles

I am exporting my 400 file database in the .ris format from Refman 10 and am getting an error "An error occured while trying to import the selected file...".

This record was imported correctly:

TY - BOOK
ID - 186
T1 - Juvenile Delinquency: Causes and Control
A1 - Agnew,Robert
Y1 - 2005///
KW - delinquency
KW - JUVENILE delinquency
RP - NOT IN FILE
VL - 2

CY - Los Angeles

PB - Roxbury Press
ER -


The first record that it hangs on is:

ID - 104
T1 - Deviant Behavior: A Social Learning Approach
A1 - Akers,Ronald L.
Y1 - 1985///
RP - IN FILE
VL - 3
CY - Belmont, CA
PB - Wadsworth
ER -

I imported the file a second time and the record it hung on originally was then imported with no problems.

I have sent the error codes.
