Controlling Read/Write Permissions With Notes when exporting to RefWorks

I'd like to control who can read and/or edit my notes and who can't when I export to RefWorks. Can I even control this inside Zotero? If I can, is it exportable?

    No, this cannot currently be controlled inside Zotero.

    There have been requests for a more robust handling of notes that would allow notes to be associated with authors.
