Asking for a collection to save a capture

Quite often I'm capturing a file without opening the zotero panel, and quite often have some collection or subcollection left open the last time I've used it that is not the intended target for the newly captured file. Is it possible to have a pop-up window asking where to save a captured file (maybe with a default to the Library and not within any collection) ?
