Sync Error - lost notes! Report ID: 2079255433

I have received several sync errors that result in a red exclamation. I have updated Zotero (4.0.26.4) and Firefox (37.0.1) since but the error persists. I am using a Surface Pro 3 (Windows 8). I don't seem to have this problem on my work computer (Windows 7) but I am not sure if that is the problem.

    This is likely caused by security software on your system interfering with Zotero. (You're getting it for lots of files.) Try temporarily disabling your security software or excluding Firefox or the Zotero data directory from it.
