Upgrade StorageUnable to launch ZSA setup
Hi, I was using ZSA without issues but noticed there were two separate Zotero folders in my drive, where one is labeled Zotero(62). Since my drive is near max capacity, I thought of removing both folders, uninstall ZSA and reinstall it an sync with my server library.
So, I did all that (but both Zotero folders are still in the Bin. Manually removed them after uninstall) and downloaded ZSA 4.0.26.4 setup.exe. However, I can't run the program. I tried running as administrator and even using the Run command in Windows start up. Nothing is moving. I recently had issues with Java on my computer but Zotero updates were installed as usual. No issues. Now, how do I get my ZSA back. Please and thank you!

dstillmanI'm afraid there's not much we can tell you there. It's just an installer program. If it's not starting, that's an issue with your computer. Try restarting?
