Combine two or more text files

I've noticed that I cannot copy&paste references from one text to another (using OOo 2.3 with Zotero 1.07 on Kubuntu 7.10). But I wonder what to do when I want to combine two separate texts into one text file with one reference list?

Thanks for a great tool!

  • Can't you just copy & paste the text+citations (not the bib) & click the "refresh" button in the Zotero toolbar?
  • Nope, tried that a couple of times, always gives me an error. I can move within one text, but neither copy&paste within a text or from another text.

If the bibliographies use the same system of marks, I don't see why this wouldn't work. It does work in the sync version of the plugin. Haven't tested in the stable version, though. What error do you get?
  • The macro window pups up and it hangs.
  • What do you mean by "macro window"? What does it say?
