Author name abbreviation issue
I am having an issue with how Zotero writes author names in my bibliography. The citation style I'm using requires abbreviated authors' first names, e.g.
Simpson GG
But, in a few of my citations, it's showing up like this:
Simpson, George G.
It's only ~1/6 of my citations, and the rest are appearing correctly, with the exception of one book, in which the authors' names are not listed at all.
Here's the setup I'm using:
Zotero Standalone, v. 4.0.26.4
Microsoft Word 2013 with Zotero plugin
PNAS citation format
Thanks for any ideas!

If so, export that item to Zotero RDF, open in a text editor, select all, copy, and paste to gist.github.com --> create a public gist and link to it from here.
Here's the gist:

Hutchinson and G. Evelyn would need to be in two separate field (look at how this looks in articles where the authors appear correctly).
There's a chance you can fix this by switching two one field mode and back (that's the white rectangle after the names), otherwise you'll have to fix this manually.
How did you import these items into Zotero? If you used the URL bar icon, do you have a URL where you imported it from (we'd want to fix this).
