British Journal of Neurosurgery

I've not been able to find a .csl file compatible with the British Journal of Neurosurgery's referencing style.

Here is an example of the correct formatting:

Sarov M, Guichard J-P, Chibarro S, et al. Sinking skin flap syndrome
and paradoxical herniation after hemicraniectomy for malignant
hemispheric infarction. Stroke J Cereb Circ 2010;41:560–2.

vs. Standard vancouver in Zotero

Sarov M, et al. Sinking skin flap syndrome and paradoxical herniation after hemicraniectomy for malignant hemispheric infarction. Stroke J Cereb Circ. 2010 Mar;41(3):560–2.

It appears similar to the standard Vancouver settings apart from a few details.

1. et al settings: list all authors but if the number exceeds six give first three followed by et al.
2. Journals are formatted in italics
3. Dates are formatted as simply year

References should be denoted in the text by superscript numbers and listed at the end of the paper in the order in which they appear

Would anybody be able to recommend a .csl style that fits with this journal's brief, or be able to make one compatible?

Any help would be very much appreciated
