Ovid translator not working

When I export from Ovid (Embase), it's giving me the "Could Not Save Item" error message, but I'm not seeing this listed as a Known Translator Issue. Ordinarily, my workaround would be to export as RIS and import into Zotero, but when I do this, it's importing my list of records as one (essentially) blank website record for this URL: http://ovidsp.tx.ovid.com/sp-3.15.1b/ovidweb.cgi I've checked that the RIS file looks normal in a text editor, so it's not that Ovid is somehow exporting a blank RIS file.
