Is there a way to use the connector to file an item into a collection/sub-collection?

Returning to Zotero after a hiatus, but now I'm on Chrome mostly...

I think I'm missing something, but when I use the connector to quickly grab an article, is there a way at that time to file it? Otherwise, it appears to go into "unfiled" or whatever collection I have active if the standalone tool is open...Just thinking about my workflow and how to better manage items. Thanks!

    Just as in the Firefox version, it'll go into the currently selected collection in Zotero (Standalone in your case) -- that's the only way to file it on import.
    You should always have Standalone open when using the connector--it works a lot better that way.

    Ok, thanks - from a usability standpoint, an option after you click to import to choose where it goes is a more typical use case. I'll keep Standalone open for now.

    Something like that is planned, but no ETA.
