Item type change in Firefox not working

Hi, I've just tested changing (in edit) an item type in Firefox (from Thesis to Journal) and Zotero does not save it. It will work if I do it in Chrome (42.0.2311.82). Firefox version is 37.0.1.

I'm seeing the same behaviour in both Firefox and Chrome. It requires selecting the new item type twice, but then saves successfully. Needing to select it twice is obviously still a bug though. Can you try that and let me know if you see the same thing?

I tried making "Book" into "Book section" three times and nothing happened (Firefox):
