What is the best approach to add Kindle references and annotations in Zotero ?

Hi there. I followed the procedure, went into my kindle account and copied the highlights, but then when I paste them in my book's notes on Zotero the links do not appear (I can't click on them).
Does someone has a hint on why this happens? I use the 4.0.29.5 version for Mac.
