Upgrade Storageword to libreoffice
Hello!
I`m migration form word to libreoffice, the only problem I had so far is that zotero`s libreoffice is unable to modifiy or recognize the foot notes created with zotero in word.
When I try it shows me this:
"Zotero no puede actualizar este documento porque fue creado por una aplicación de procesamiento de texto con una codificación de campo incompatible. Con el fin de hacer un documento compatible con Word y OpenOffice.org/LibreOffice/NeoOffice, abre el documento en el procesador de textos con el que se creó originalmente y cambia el tipo de campo a Favoritos en las preferencias del documento Zotero."
I do not know how to change the type of field to favourite in the original word processor.

1. You need to change the format of Zotero citations to "Bookmarks" under Set Document Preferences. Only Bookmarks are readable by both Word and LibreOffice
2. Unfortunately, LibreOffice can not create Bookmarks in Footnotes. Therefore, you need to change the citation style to an in text style (say American Psychological Association), then perform the action under 1., save as .doc, open in Word, and change the citation style back.
Unfortunately, there is no good way to do this if you inserted citations into footnotes created with LibreOffice (rather than created automatically by Zotero). I have no good solution for that.
