Inconsistency with Journal of Animal Science

Hi there!

I'm have a problem with exporting bibliographies under the Journal of Animal Science style:
Some of the citations have the journal abbreviated (proper) while others do not.

Thanks a lot!

Evaluation of bacterial diversity in the rumen and feces of cattle fed different levels of dried distillers grains plus solubles using bacterial tag-encoded FLX amplicon pyrosequencing. J. Anim. Sci. 88:3977–3983.

Felix, T. L., and S. C. Loerch. 2011. Effects of haylage and monensin supplementation on performance, carcass characteristics, and ruminal metabolism of feedlot cattle fed diets containing 60% dried distillers grains. Journal of animal science 89:2614–2623.
  • automatic journal abbreviations only work via the word processor add-on. I recommend you just use those.
If you do want to use "Create Bibliography," Zotero uses whatever is in the "Journal Abbr." field and falls back to the publication field where Journal Abbr. is empty.
  • Thank you!
