Downloading citations into standalone

Hi,

I am having trouble with the very handy feature of just clicking on the litle symbol in the browser search bar and downloading citations and pdfs into zotero. However Zotero will constantly save the data into my library of the zotero browser plugin (using firefox) instead of the standalone.
Under Preferences of the Add-on I don't find anything saying Zotero Standalone.

So how do I force Zotero to save the data into the zotero standalone folder?
