Bibliography sorted alphabetically and chronologically
Hi,
In order to present my PhD bibliography, I have to sort the general documents alphabetically, but the articles chonologically. I use the "create a bibliography from this collection" fonction, but when I paste it in my text file, it is always ordered alphabetically (even if I ordered my documents by date in zotero).
Is there a way to order the files chronologically when pasting in a word file?
Thank you very much!

a) give us a short example and
b) let us know which citation style you're currently using
we can tell you whether there's already a citation style that does that or if you'll need to customize one yourself.
thank you for such a quick answer. I am using the style "le tapuscrit (école des hautes études en sciences sociales) (note, French)".
In simpler terms, what I want to do is to be able to choose if (part of) my bibliography is sorted by date or by author.
So if I understand correctly, I would have to use the style "tapuscrit" for the part of my bibliography that has to be sorted by author, and create another style based on the same style but which would sort the entries by date?
Could you please explain me where I can find the information to do that? I have never modified a style...
Thank you again.

you'll want to look for the <sort> part of the style.
I am going to try that.
