Style Request: [Management & Avenir]
Hello everyone,
I have to submit quickly an article to a French academic journal called Management & Avenir (http://www.managementetavenir.net/la-recherche/soumettre-un-article-independant.html).
There citation style looks like APA 6th edition:
- with et al. being written after the first author name when there are 3 authors and more,
- and with the AUTHOR(S) NAME(S) in capital letters in the bibliography only.
Could please send me this Zotero style or tell me how to create it? I already have a citation style which is close but without the AUTHOR NAME in capital letters.
Thank you very much in advance!
PS: I have spotted this thread (https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/40881/citation-versus-bibliography/?Focus=201297#Comment_201297) but the text does not match my .csl file:
Here is what appears in my .csl file:

<macro name="container-contributors">
<choose>
<if type="chapter paper-conference" match="any">
<text term="in" text-case="capitalize-first" suffix=" "/>
<names variable="editor" delimiter=", " suffix=", ">
<name and="symbol" initialize-with=". " delimiter=", "/>
<label form="short" prefix=" (" text-case="capitalize-first" suffix=")"/>
<substitute>
<names variable="translator"/>
</substitute>
</names>
</if>
</choose>
</macro>
<macro name="secondary-contributors">

Example of APA 6th edition (the name of the journal is in italic):
Bouckenooghe, D. (2010). Positioning Change Recipients’ Attitudes Toward Change in the Organizational Change Literature. Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, 46(4), 500‑531.

(note that you need to use the part of the code you posted in that thread. What you have here is for the editors of books from which you cite chapters).
The style for M&A is now available: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:management-et-avenir
