Selected 'duplicate record' and then as nothing happened I clicked on another collection. This culminated in an error message in the central pane,

An error has occurred. Please restart Firefox.

And I then reported the error.

same error id 989520691 repetityvely, it's a shame
is there an other way to create dulication of entries ?
