Drag and Drop

Dear friends,

I've added citations using drag and drop (I tried with Zotero standalone and Firefox Plugin) and I receive an error message while creating a bibliography that I must insert a citation.
It works when I choose the citation directly from the Word Plugin but not with drag and drop.

yes, drag and drop citations are just text, they're not recognized by the Word add-on.

Ok.
It was written on Zotero website that this is a way to add citations.
So the only way is via the Zotero Word Plugin.
Am I right?
