adding pdfs to group library

I created a group library but am the only one able to add pdfs directly to the library. Other members of the group are having to add the pdfs to their personal libraries and then transfer them into the group folder. Is there a way for them to directly add their pdfs into the group library?

    If they can drag items to the group, they can add items to the group directly. What happens when they try?

    They click on the icon next to the refresh button, but the file doesn't enter the group library.

    And as an FYI, the double post was not on purpose. My apologies. I got an error message from zotero the first time I tried to post this question.

    sorry, not sure which icon you're referring to. The only refresh button I know is in the Word add-on.

    (yeah, looks like there was a server glitch earlier)
