I cannot add any store copy of file.

I use zotero on Linux Mint installed on Windows virtual box. Usually, I sync files using Dropbox. And it works fine on Windows and macbook.

Is there anyone to help me?

  • Usually, I sync files using Dropbox
how exactly is this configured? Did you just move your Zotero storage directory there?
  • Sorry, I meant Zotero _data_ directory. You could also have symlinked the "storage" directory. Please be very specific about the configuration when responding.
  • My hard drive is NTFS and shared on Windows and Linux (by virtualbox). Yes, I use dropbox as a zotero storage directory.
  • it's unclear which of the two causes the problem here, but both are potential sources of problems and we can't help you as long as you have your data folder in Dropbox, so start by moving your data folder out of dropbox.
  • Okay, after deleting shared folder and moving to a linux folder, then it works fine. Thanks.
