sync problem

I get a message on Zotero desktop with a triangle sign

'You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.

See your zotero.org account settings for additional storage options.'

My current storage plan is at 82.8%. How do i solve this?

    But note that you only have 300MB of storage, so that likely just means there's a 50MB file in your library.

    OK, so if you look at that error report in the Report Errors window, it tells you the PDF file in question.

    O.K., an related question. I am able to place books, references etc. in my library, but Zotero does not index the. All that appears in the extreme right pane is the Filename. Is this because I have reached my Zotero File Storage quota as indicated by the yellow triange next to the Sych button? I am a Zotero novice.

    Start a new thread for any follow-up questions, please, but the short answer is no, this has nothing to do with your storage quota. You can try using http://www.zotero.org/support/retrieve_pdf_metadata
    on any PDFs, otherwise you'll have to attach files to parent items (from the right-click menu) and type in the data manually.
