Cannot download citations & pdfs with any translators

Hello,

I am recently having difficulty with downloading citation information. It is not a problem with any particular site -- I have it with all sites (ScienceDirect, JSTOR and Wiley, among others). An example error output from Wiley is on the server under debug ID D760861387.

I have Zotero 4.0.25.1. I am running Firefox 36.0.1.

I cannot find anyone with a similar problem on the Knowledge Base. Please let me know what I can do to fix this.
