Can anyone give me step-by-step instructions on how to transfer files from my personal account to a group library? I am having trouble finding the answer to this. Thanks!
I followed the directions to copy my files into the group, and all of the files appear there. However other group members cannot view the attachment to the files (on the standalone or online) a "File Cannot Be Found" error comes up on other group members computers.
I switched the administration roles so that the other group member (that cannot see the files) is now the owner and nothing has changed.
