Upgrade StorageOvid databases issues

We are experiencing difficulties at our institution with the Ovid databases translator. I've tried with different computers, with Zotero up to date and depending on the database that we are using, they all come with a certain problem. The most problematic is Ovid PsycInfo because it just doesn't work at all, it's always a failure to transfer. As for Medline Ovid, Embase Ovid, EBM Reviews Ovid, the url is not transfered anymore and is nowhere to be seen.
There must have been changes recently, because it was working properly a few weeks ago. Is there anything that could be done to help.
