Report: sort notes not working

I tried to create an outline from my notes as described at Organizing Notes into Outlines. (https://www.zotero.org/support/reports#organizing_notes_into_outlines)

However, the notes are not sorted correctly.

I realised that the notes, which I usually write in LibreOffice, include HTML tags. It seems that the notes are sorted according the HTML code and not the text.

Is there a way to sort correctly?

You can't disregard the html tags on search, no, sorry.
You can, however, open notes in html view and insert the numbers for sorting before the first html tag.

I found that if I write the number before pasting the note, it will be correctly sorted.
