How to contact someone about my account?

A payment to Zotero just showed up on my bank account statement that I do not recall authorizing, nor have I had any communication from Zotero about it. I would like to speak to someone (or at least communicate via email) about it but cannot find any way to have a private conversation with anyone (nor can I find anything in my account settings that sheds light on why money has just been taken with no notice!). Can someone help? Thanks!
