Upgrade StorageSerious Help needed: Word 2013 and Zotero
Dear all, please, please help me with this.
I've shifted to word 2013 and now I'm in deep trouble. Zotero is not working properly.
Here is the full description of the problem:
-Zotero toolbar appears perfectly
-Word documents with zotero citations are ok but it is not possible to edit them.
-when I open word or try to insert a zotero citation I get errors stating to: macros issues or digital signature. I went to word security options and disabled everything possible to enter in conflict with zotero - still didn't worked.
I have firefox 36.0.1, zotero plugin 3.1.19 and word 2013 in portuguese (15.0.4693.1000)
What i've done so far:
-step by step manual configuration indicated in this forum and still doesn't work.
-Word 2013/Options/Suplements/Suplements in Word: manual verification of the zotero plugin location (aparently is ok)
Because of this situation I can´t finish my thesis! Please do help me

ok, my problem is solved. Let me explain for future reference and thank you for your concern.
It had to be something with office word itself.
Here are all the steps I've taken to success:
1º deleted zotero plugins and zotero in firefox.
2º reinstalled office
3º instaled zotero in firefox
4º instaled word plugin
Now word does not recognize word plugin, so:
5º manual insert word plugin in (Copy-paste)the respective file
(from: Users\ME\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\MYPROFILE.default\extensions\zoteroWinWordIntegration@zotero.org\install
- to -
Users\ME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP)
6º activate the plugin in Word:
File>options>suplements>word suplements - press "go" - check "Zotero.dot" press "ok"
7º get it together and work!
