Report Customizer - Blank output

Hello,

Installed Emiliano Heyns's Report Customer (0.2.6) plugin into Zotero standalone (4.0.26.1) and the output of the report is blank (all white). Disabling the plugin restores the default report output.

Any one else having this problem?

@corptoxbio how large is your library? Would it be feasible for me to get a copy?

The blank output occurs when generating a report for a single reference. Would be nice to know if another Zotero user has similar problem, otherwise, the issue may not be the plugin itself.

I think it's safe to assume it's a problem in the plug-in (I'm the author btw). If a single entry already shows the problem I'd love to get a Zotero RDF export of it to test with.

I don't see the problem myself natch, but that doesn't negate the fact that It Should Just Work (tm). I really want to fix this.

Hi! I am having the same issue on two different computers, both with Zotero for Firefox. After removing the Report Customizer, I could generate a report normally (which, of course, was not customized). Reinstalling the newest version of the Customizer didn't help - the report was blank again.
Last time I created reports using Customizer in the middle of January, and it worked perfectly.

Can you provide me with debug output as described in https://github.com/ZotPlus/zotero-report-customizer/issues/9 ? I can't reproduce this locally.
