Can't import paper

Hi there

What might be the reason why the paper below won't be imported? Zotero just does nothing when I click the button in the URL bar, even though jstor does let me see the full PDF.

Other papers can be imported fine. Using ffx 35.0.1 and Z 4.0.26.1

Try updating your Firefox to version 36 (current version) and see if that resolves the issue. I can't reproduce this on my end. If updating doesn't help, see https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues

Version 36 has messed up the custom search engine menu, so I won't be upgrading until (if) they fix it in a newer version. I'll check the troubleshooter, thanks

(while I understand frustration with design decisions you disagree with, note that one disadvantage of not updating your Firefox version is that we will not troubleshoot outdated versions--it's just too many moving parts)

(Though we do support Firefox ESR, which probably would have also been affected if Firefox 35 was at fault. The troubleshooter is probably going to help, I hope)
