Hello,

I am a member of an online shared library via Zotero. I was required to reimage my computer, and had to reinstall Zotero. I am able to access this shared library via my Zotero web account, but cannot sync the group library back onto my computer standalone. When I try, a red exclamation point appears next to the sync button stating that "Conflicts have suspended automatic syncing. Click the sync icon to resolve them." Yet, clicking the sync icon simply brings back the same notice.

How can I sync the online shared library which I am a member of, and which is stored on my web account, onto my Zotero desktop standalone?
