Upgrade Storageproblems with plugin zotero for word

I had installed zotero for firefox for a few years with the plugin for word.
I always worked correctly. Since ago a few days not I from word to insert citations, nothing of complement of zotero.
Reinstall several times zotero and the plugin for word, but the same error keeps coming. the Firefox is 36.0.
this say the error window:
error in the integration of zotero: Zotero could not load the required component to communicate with your word processor. Please verify that the appropriate extension is installed and try again.

follow along with that. Unfortunately, we don't currently have a real solution and this appears rather unpredictable.
