Information not uploading

I am having an issue where important bibliographic information (e.g. publication year, journal name) is not being imported into Zotero. I am using PsychNET as my database and all of this information is available on the reference page, yet it is not being uploaded to Zotero.

    URL? How are you importing into Zotero? What item type is it saving as?

    I am accessing a database through my university library system. It is saving it as a Journal Article, but most of the information is not included.

    We'll still want the URL you're seeing in the browser along with the type and version of the browser you're using. Most of us have institutional access to the same resources, so we can troubleshoot this on our end.

    we'd need the URL to say more, exactly as you see it.
