Zotero Integration Error

Been happily using Zotero for many years now but have upgraded to Word 2013 and I get an INtegration Error with the Zotero Add-in.
It is working fine with Libreoffice.

Standalone Zotero version: 4.0.25.2
Zotero Word for Windows Integration: 3.1.18
Firefox 36.0

Incidentally, when I click on Options on the Zotero Firefox add-on, it freezes - don't know whether this is relevant.

Everything has been updated/restarted.

    First, try to upgrade to Zotero 4.0.26.1.

    Unfortunately, however, I upgraded, restarted, but still the Integration Error appears in Word.
