I have deleted many entries of my entries and deleted some containers and created others.

When I focus on My Library many of the entries I have deleted are still appearing.

There are many duplicates of the same references that should not be there

When you click on My Library, it shows all documents inthat library, including any documents assigned to collections.

If you had items inside a collection and you deleted that collection (but not the items inside), those items would remain in your library.

If you deleted an item from your collection by pressing the delete key, this would be equivalent to "Remove Item from Collection" when right-clicking an item. This does not delete the item from your library, but simply removes it from the collection.

To delete items, you would have to select either "Move Item to Trash" via right-click on the item, press Shift+Delete, or "Delete Collection and Items" in the collection context menu. In this case, items will be moved to Trash.

You can use the "Duplicate Items" special collection (right-click on My Library if you can't see it) to manage duplicates. This will allow you to merge them into a single item. You can also do this manually by selecting multiple items, right-click -> Merge Items.
