Does not appear to be a valid style file

I am trying the beta of Zotero 1.5. I tried to install the style "Public Library of Science" but a window comes up that says: http://www.zotero.org/styles/plos/dev?install:1 does not appear to be a valid style file". I don't get this message with other style files. Is there an error in the plos style file?
