Not able to sync

Hi there,

I'm having problems syncing my Ztro library : 686090114

When I push the syncing bouton, the arrow begins to turn and then stops with the syncing problem message.

  • You're running Zotero 4.0.19, which is extremely updated. Upgrade to the latest version, 4.0.26, and try again. If you still have trouble, provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces the error.

    Hi There

    The problem I had in February is repeating again. I performed a "Journalisation de la sortie de débogage" (I don't know how to translate this) and the Debug ID provided is: D1724563164.

    I also have an ID rapport : 152822747

    This is usually caused by either security software on your system or proxy server settings. Can you tell us the settings you have enabled in your system proxy settings?
