Not able to sync

Hi there,

I'm having problems syncing my Ztro library : 686090114

When I push the syncing bouton, the arrow begins to turn and then stops with the syncing problem message.

    You're running Zotero 4.0.19, which is extremely updated. Upgrade to the latest version, 4.0.26, and try again. If you still have trouble, provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces the error.

    Hi There

    The problem I had in February is repeating again. I performed a "Journalisation de la sortie de débogage" (I don't know how to translate this) and the Debug ID provided is: D1724563164.

    I also have an ID rapport : 152822747

    This is usually caused by either security software on your system or proxy server settings. Can you tell us the settings you have enabled in your system proxy settings?
