Wrong grabbing of ACM book chapters

It seems to me that Zotero wrongly grabs book chapters from ACM.

Example:

Zotero correctly creates an entry of type book chapter but wrongly takes the book title as chapter title, and leaves the book title empty.

Hm... zotero takes the information from the bitex file which looks like

@incollection{Rothfeder:1989:LCI:107446.107452,
 chapter = {It's Late, Costly, Incompetent\&Mdash;but Try Firing a Computer System},
 title = {Software Risk Management},

This should be "title" and "booktitle" and seems wrong from ACM. AFAIK the "chapter" only contains the chapter number. Can someone confirm that?

Just checked: I wrote ACM in July, 2014 about exactly the same issue. First, they respond that it is not one of their own publication (different publisher) and then at least agreed to forward the issue to the IS team. I will ask ACM for updated status.
