won't sync properly
Hi, I'm hoping I can get some guidance on getting Zotero to sync. I just switched to a Windows 8 computer. My libraries are showing up, but I keep getting an error message that Zotero isn't syncing properly. I've restarted the program and the computer several times. The report ID is 264760761. Thanks

aurimasWhat's the exact message you are getting? Dan will take a look at the error report, but it doesn't always include the same error that you're seeing.

dstillmanIf you can reproduce this reliably, can you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces the error?

dstillmanAlso, what kind of internet connection is this? Residential, institutional? Are you connecting via a proxy? We made some server-side changes recently, and we're trying to narrow down the cases where people are getting this error.
